I am fully Insured to Practice, a requirement of my professional memberships and good practice from the clients perspective. This covers malpractice, professional indemnity, public and products liability insurance. A requirement of my insurance is that my records are retained for 5 years. Further details around record keeping will be explained to you upon beginning sessions.
