Generally lasting 30-40 minutes, this provides us both with the opportunity to ascertain if we can work together - I'll learn more about your hopes or expectations for sessions and let you know what I can offer (and what I can't). You can ask questions about the process and get a sense of how I will work alongside you.
*This is not a counselling session - you are not under any pressure to discuss things which may require trust and time to get to - please feel reassured that you are able to dictate the pace and content you decide to share, and that there will be no hard sell with regard booking further appointments.
(please note - last minute cancellations will result in subsequent initial meetings being charged at the standard full price)
Standard Session - £50.00 per 50 minute appointment
Appointments last 50 minutes in duration and are initially booked at a weekly frequency. Sessions will always start and finish at the pre arranged time. Adjustments to frequency can be discussed further in session reviews if required.
If you are in a time of financial hardship, receipt of benefits, or a student, PLEASE don't let lack of finances prevent you from contacting me if you're considering seeking help... I have a limited number of reduced fee slots for exactly this purpose - we can discuss affordability in person.
Payments are made at the end of each session via your preferred method of either cash or bank transfer. Receipts can be provided.
Missed Appointments -
Missed appointments will be charged at standard session rate.
Cancellation Policy -
If you are unable to attend your appointment please make me aware of this as soon as you can. Communication 48 hours in advance will incur no cost to you and means sessions may be rearranged if possible.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged at standard session rate. I am unable to make last minute rearrangements, please consider this when committing to booking your appointments. Exceptional circumstances can be discussed obviously!
Missed Payments -
If I fail to recieve a payment, I will contact you after 3 days to remind you - you will be unable to book further appointments from this point until payment is received.
